Malvern one of Melbourne\u2019s most sort after inner Eastern suburbs.<\/p><p>The project included 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and separate living areas.<\/p><p>Our client a part time developer intent on selling the property demanded a very high level of finish at a competitive rate.<\/p><p>Next Generation Constructions was able to value add to the project satisfying our clients needs while keeping
