    In relation to the pre-production process, Next Generation Constructions offers clients two distinct approaches:<\/p>

    1. Price based on a fixed sum price or;<\/li>
    2. Work with the client to manage the build cost in an open book contract.<\/li><\/ol>

      Each methodology has unique benefits and constraints that will suit our client\u2019s desired outcome. In our experience, trust between all parties can offer additional savings that aren\u2019t possible if the builder has to price all risk into the quotation.<\/p>

      We aim to price all our projects competitively and can often secure project cost savings because of the way we work with our sub-contractors. Our hand-picked sub-contractors predominately work for Next Generation Constructions, enabling us to secure better pricing, quality of work and site attendance than many other builders can offer.<\/p>

      Following an extensive and detailed pre-construction planning process, we begin the construction phase. Once construction has commenced, Next Generation works closely with project stakeholders to manage all aspects of time, cost, risk management and communication. Next Generation Construction manages all construction related issues from site OH&S issues to meeting legal requirements with third parties like local government and utility companies.<\/p>

        In general, construction follows the linear process outlined above, with one phase needing completion before we commence the next \u2013 although there are some phases of construction that can occur simultaneously.         There\u2019s no better feeling than handing the building over to the client and seeing their satisfaction and delight in a job well done. This is the most important part of the process for the team at Next Generation Constructions \u2013 especially as reputation is vitally important to us.<\/p>

        We also understand that our projects don\u2019t end when we hand over the keys on practical completion! The team at Next Generation Constructions will continue to support our clients well after we have left the site.
