Cloverleaf Rosebud was the first high dependancy NDIS New build in Victoria.<\/p>

In partnership with our client the Uniting Church of Austrailia and the NDIS Next Generation Constructions completed this 4 Unit High Dependancy High level of finish project in 2020.<\/p>

This complicated design and construct project encompasing a very high level of compliance while maintainig a highend apartment finish was very chanelliging.<\/p>

As this was a never done before project the team had several design chanllengers to overcome.<\/p>
